* All faulty / damaged goods must returned within 7 days of purchase and must include an RFG # obtained from an Active Skin Staff member.
* Notification of faulty or damaged goods must be advised in writing upon receiving, and if possible, please include image/s.

* Please note that all items shipped are carefully packaged to enable consumers to sight damaged goods prior to opening.
* All prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. GST and other applicable taxes are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment, and the final price is confirmed before your order is completed. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Authority to Leave (Safe Drop)
By selecting a shipping option that allows for Safe Drop or Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, you grant Australia Post permission to leave your parcel unattended at the delivery address if the driver deems the location safe.
Important Terms & Liability:
- Transfer of Ownership & Risk: Risk of loss and title for the products passes to you, the buyer, immediately upon the carrier’s official "Delivered" tracking scan.
- Stolen or Lost Parcels: Active Skin is not responsible, financially liable, or required to issue replacements or refunds for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been successfully scanned as delivered by Australia Post.
- Driver Discretion: If a secure or weather-protected drop location is not available on your property, the Australia Post driver may choose not to drop the item and will instead redirect it to the nearest post office for collection.
- Unsecured Residences: We strongly advise against using Safe Drop for high-density apartment complexes, unsecured multi-unit blocks, or properties with front doors visible directly from public footpaths.
